Acciomora! | Help the Hurting (Joplin)

As part of our newest charity campaign, Acciomora (an amalgamation of Accio and Alohomora), we are opening up Help the Hurting (Joplin), wherein we collect anything from canned foods, books, movies, money, clothes, etc. to Joplin citizens affected by the storms that occurred this past weekend. We live in Kansas City, MO, which is just about 2.5-3 hours from Joplin, so transporting the goods to the city will be no hardship. Contact us at potterpeoplepodcast@yahoo.com to volunteer or donate. You can also comment here to inform us about donations.

Aparecium

Our first charity campaign is entitled Aparecium. Aparecium is a spell in the Harry Potter Universe used to make invisible ink visible. What we're doing with this first campaign is holding a book drive. We will be collecting and raising books to give to local, and non-local, charities and foundations.
If you have a book you wish to donate, contact this blog, or e-mail the Potter People at potterpeoplepodcast@yahoo.com

Most books are acceptable, but here are our guidelines:
1. The book must be in fair condition. Please limit any bends, rips or tears to at least two or three. Any inside markings of the books will not be accepted unless it is minimized.
2. Please no erotica or pornography. The books are likely to go to charter schools and youth foundations.

There aren't a lot of limitations, so please submit your books!
